My belief, having seen Scientology management LIE TO EVEN ITS OWN STAFF, is that the
best the cult can hope for now is TO COVER UP THE TRUTH AND TO DESTROY THE EVIDENCE.

These are VERY GOOD questions to ask the Scientology cult. You must
be referring to Ildiko, Suzanne and Laura. It is my understanding that
these three Scientologists are OUT OF THE COUNTRY. It is also my
understanding from reading Scientology's own five-page summary of the
individuals who did the ISO watch on Lisa McPherson that the logs
detailing the notes of Lisa's incarceration have "disappeared". And
as if those aren't enough "OUTPOINTS", "BAD INDICATORS", "MAJOR
DEPARTURES FROM THE IDEAL SCENE", "OMITTED DATUMS" and so forth, I am even
of the understanding that the above three women all have attorneys who
represent them!
In the world of Scientology, an INVESTIGATION would be in order
to determine exactly WHAT happened, WHO did it, WHY they did what they
did, WHEN they did it and HOW it was done. Scientology calls this
an INVEST. Data Series "tech" is used. The above "OUTPOINTS" warrant
an honest-to-goodness fact-finding inquiry, if even to prevent a
PUBLIC RELATIONS FLAP (called a "SHORE FLAP", "SCENE", or "OUT-PR")
in the future.
When an OBVIOUS "OUTPOINT" is observed, Scientologists INVESTIGATE
further. They call this "PULLING THE STRING". And this is ALWAYS DONE
WITHOUT FAIL EVEN IF IT IS FOR THEIR OWN INFORMATION (which it OFTEN
IS).
I am using Scienospeak (in quotes) to illustrate what Scientology
and Scientologists ACTUALLY SAY and how THEY APPLY THE DATA SERIES
to an obvious and glaring "SITUATION" -- defined in Scienospeak as
"the major departure from the ideal scene".
The ideal scene for Scientology would of course be that the LOGS
were filed in the correct "ethics", "pc" and personnel files, with
copious copies to the Office of Special Affairs and Scientology's
attorneys and private investigators.
Another ideal scene for Scientology would be Sea Org members (such
as Ildiko, Suzanne and Laura) who DID NOT have to leave the country
and who DID NOT need to have lawyers!
Of course, the most "ideal scene" would have been for Lisa McPherson
to NOT HAVE gone "Type 3" (psychotic) and later DIED!!!
But it is FAR TOO LATE for Scientology to hope for that.

When the McPherson case goes to trial (assuming it does), it
would be wise to HAMMER AWAY at Scientology's OBVIOUS and GLARING
"OUTPOINTS". And remember, when a flap of this magnitude occurs,
there is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS an INVESTIGATION done by Scientology's
OSA.
This is where the "SHORE STORY" (LIE) comes into play. For an
