The cult has a policy that a "leaving staff member" cannot even inform
another staff member (except the Ethics Officer) that he/she is leaving. To
inform another staff member that one is leaving is a violation of HCO PL
LEAVING AND LEAVES and is considered a "suppressive act".
Indeed, the Co$ makes leaving staff "get on a routing form" and see
numerous "terminals" and get a "sec-check". The "sec-check" is done to
obtain evidence of crimes committed against the cult.
If a staff member "blows" he/she is usually declared "SP" unless he/she
returns to "properly route off staff" (or out of the Sea Org). Then the staff
member is considered a "FREELOADER" until he/she pays for the cost of
training and auditing received while a staff member.
One senior exec called me an SP for wanting to leave staff. Another
staff member told me I was psychotic for wanting to leave. Another told me
I would "pull in death" if I left staff.
These are some of the mechanisms of control used to prevent staff
from leaving $cn.
