Christmas celebration schedule at Saint Hill.
In article <firstname.lastname@example.org>, email@example.com says...
>(the schedule below applies to children, too)
Yes, it does apply to children (Cadets) as well.
>07:15 - 07:45 BREAKFAST SERVED AT WALSH MANOR
If one berths in a dorm with 8 other SO members as I did, one must
rise pretty early in order to get one's hygiene done. Sharing one
bathroom facility with 8 other Sea Orgers is a challenge. It helps
to have an agreed-upon schedule for the bathroom facilities.
Just imagine a total of 9 staff all trying to use the bathroom for
only 10 minutes each. That's 90 minutes total time, so some will
have to begin their hygiene at 5:45. Thus a schedule for the bathroom
facilities for a dorm of nine dudes might look like this:
5:45-5:55 Joe's time
5:55-6:05 Martin's time
6:05-6:15 Arnie's time
6:15-6:25 Dennis' time
6:25-6:35 Grady's time
6:35-6:45 Keith's time
6:45-6:55 Larry's time
6:55-7:05 Gerry's time
7:05-7:15 Tilman's time
As the Berthing Room I/C, I expect all to adhere to this schedule.
Take your hygiene during the assigned time. Anyone wishing to change
his time must find someone agreeable to switch with and submit a full
CSW to me for approval.
>07:45 - 08:30 TRANSPORT TO SAINT HILL
If you don't own a car, find someone to carpool with, or take a bus.
>08:30 - 08:45 MUSTER
Anyone not accounted for will be written up to the MAA. Repeated
lateness/no-show to muster will result in a Court of Ethics. Other
gradients may be used on downstat staff, e.g., dousing the late staff
member with a bucket of water, tossing him in the St. Hill pond, and/or
assignment to an amends project by the MAA. All seniors are expected to
utilize HCO PL Ethics and Execs and keep ethics fully in on staff under
>08:45 - 09:00 CLEANING STATIONS
As many staff have dropped out their morning cleaning actions, the
Dir RAP is hereby ordered to do a complete org inspection each morning
beginning at 9 AM. Dir RAP to liaise with the HCO Area Sec to ensure
post coverage for Public Ethics Section while Dir RAP is doing the
inspections. Both the inspections and the maintaining of handling
public ethics must be _kept in_.
>09:00 - 12:00 PRODUCTION / STUDY
The Staff Section Officer and Staff Training Officer are to ensure
_all_ staff are getting their 2 1/2 hours per day enhancement time
as per Aides Order 45-245. Ethics chits to be written on all those
in non-compliance with target 15. Staff MAA is to do appropriate
handlings on no-report staff, in liaison with Div heads of the out-
ethics staff members. No excuses!

Network Co-ordinating Committee meeting. LRH Comm, Flag Rep, CO, FBO,
IG for Ethics and Image and DSA will meet in the CO's office. Mandatory.
>09:30 - 10:00 PRODUCT CONFERENCE
More meetings to *talk* about production when you have so damned little
time to do everything expected of you, in the fine Sea Org tradition!
All Div heads are to have PT copies of this weeks Battle Plan, targets
and quotas, any debug necessary, a copy of the current week's stats to
date with projected stats by week ending next Thursday. Also Div heads
must have conditions write-ups for all their departments. No exceptions!
>12:00 - 12:40 LUNCH
The practice of taking one's lunch back to post to eat it is to CEASE
IMMEDIATELY. This practice has previously been ordered stopped by the
IGEI. Anyone violating this order will be assigned a condition of
doubt for non-compliance.
12:40 - 12:45 Brief staff muster in Staff Study

Staff MAA on no-shows and those arriving late.

all staff are to do their week ending Ethics conditions write-up. No
>17:00 AC MEET FOR FP
_ALL_ Div heads are to participate in FP from here on out, and not
just the HAS and Treas Sec. Per long-standing policy on FP, it is
an Ad Council activity, so this means ALL Div heads will meet for
FP at 17:00 sharp in the CO's Office.
As the Org is in a condition of Danger, the CO is bypassing the Ad
Council on FP matters. Until this org-wide condition is upgraded,
ALL Div heads WILL COMPLY. Non-compliance will result in assignment
of DOUBT with FULL PENALTIES.
>18:30 - 19:10 DINNER
This week, the Org will be on rice and beans due to CRASHED STATS
across the boards.
The exception is for the Regges and book sales personnel. They earn
such HUGE commissions on their sales, that they may eat LOBSTER and
STEAK if they wish to pay for it out of their own pocket as is usual.
>19:10 - 19:30 MUSTER / DRILLING
This muster is MANDATORY for all staff -- NO EXCEPTIONS! We will
drill the Body routing lines, GI lines and Tech delivery lines.
>19:30 - 22:05 PRODUCTION / STUDY
Staff Training Officer and Staff Section Officer to ensure 100%
compliance. Reports on NO-SHOWS. No pay is to be given to any staff
member not in compliance with Aides Order 45-245, target 12, which
states "Any staff member not getting a FULL 12 1/2 hours enhancement
time each week, AND whose stats are down GETS NO PAY. --LRH"

Commanding Officer's office at 20:00 sharp.

>22:45 - 23:30 TRANSPORT TO WALSH MANOR
Petrol has been cut by FP this week. HCO Area Sec is to find a public
person in Ethics to volunteer funds for petrol, as part of their
As children are no longer allowed, there is no need for procreation.
Indeed, if one still has any energy left for copulating, then he/she
MUST NOT BE GIVING 100% WHILE ON PRODUCTION.
BESIDES, slapping bodies together, blanketing and the enjoyment of
sexual sensation are low-toned activities. Further, they are not
necessary activities, but are merely a distraction to production.
